Open roles
Three roles open on the night shift.
Most of the team works from home; the audits happen at the client's desk. Write to us with the role in the subject: a person answers inside three working days.
The job
Build the workflows our clients run on: Make, n8n and Zapier scenarios, small services where those run out, and the AI agents that read, sort and draft. You take a mapped workflow from the solutions lead, wire it into the client's CRM, inbox, invoicing and helpdesk, test it on real records and watch its first week in the log.
Apply for this roleWhat you bring
- Two years building on Make, n8n or Zapier, or equal
- You read an API doc and a webhook payload without help
- Comfortable with JavaScript or Python for the bits no connector covers
- You test on real data and write down what you changed
The job
Run the five weeks. You sit with the client's team in the audit, draw the map on the whiteboard, write the brief the engineers build from, and own the hand-over. One contact for the client from the first call to the morning report.
Apply for this roleWhat you bring
- You have run operations, finance or delivery inside a company of 10 to 100 people
- You can draw a process end to end and spot the step nobody mentioned
- Calm in a room, plain in writing
- Some automation hands-on, enough to know what is easy and what is not
The job
Watch the night log. When a workflow pauses at 02:14 you are the one who sees it, reads the exception, fixes the record or wakes the engineer, and writes the line in the morning report. Four nights on, four off, from wherever you are.
Apply for this roleWhat you bring
- You have worked a helpdesk, an ops desk or a NOC
- You read a log and know which line matters
- Careful with other people's data
- Steady at 02:00

02:14Night rota · 4 on, 4 off
How we work
A desk you can think at, at 02:00.
- 01
The night shift is a rota, not a lifestyle
Four nights on, four off. The workflows run every night; people do not.
- 02
Every workflow has a name on it
Whoever built it and whoever watched its first week sign the hand-over.
- 03
Tools and learning are paid for
A certification, a course or a conference a year, on us, no form to fill.
- 04
Remote first, London twice a month
The audits happen at the client's desk. Everything else happens where you are.
